First you need to see what the Yahoo.CSV format is. Do this by setting up at least one of your contacts with every field filled in. Then export that to a yahoo.CSV format. Click on Options, Mail Options, then Contacts then Import/Export. From there you can export your existing contacts to a file. Second open that file into Excel. You will then see where each piece of information has to be. Third, arrange your Excel file just like what you see from the Yahoo file and then in excel 'Save As' your newly rearranged file as a CSV (comma delimited) file.
